Please provide us the time when can I expect the order
Dear Blue Label Support Team,
This email is being sent as a final and formal notice regarding my unresolved order and the continued lack of action from your end.
I placed an order for two T-shirts on 31 December 2025 (Order ID: #54565). The shipment was assigned to Delhivery on 2nd January 2026 (Delhivery ID: 19567110402710).
On 12th January 2026, I was shocked to see that the order status was marked as “cancelled by merchant/shipper”, despite the fact that I never requested or authorized any cancellation. This constitutes a serious lapse in service and mismanagement of my order.
I immediately raised this issue via email on 17th January 2026, However, as of today, 18th January 2026, I have received no shipment confirmation, no tracking update, and no communication whatsoever from either Blue Label or its delivery partner.
This prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and failure to fulfill commitments has caused unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment. Such conduct is unacceptable and falls under deficiency in service, as defined under applicable consumer protection laws.
I hereby demand the following, without any further delay:
- Confirmed dispatch of my order with valid tracking details by Monday, OR
- Immediate processing of a full refund to my original mode of payment within next 48 hours
If this issue is not resolved within the stated timeframe, I will be left with no option but to proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum, along with escalation on public consumer grievance platforms. I will also be compelled to share my experience publicly to ensure accountability.
I strongly urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it warrants and provide a written confirmation of resolution at the earliest.
This is my final attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
I received my order after 19 days, which is already far beyond the expected delivery timeline. On top of this, the package was damaged when it arrived.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response or resolution yet. This has been a very frustrating experience.
Because of the delay and the damaged condition of the package, I am extremely disappointed with this order. I request you to urgently look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution.
