Returns

We request you write to us at support@thebleulabel.com or contact us on 9840780880 with your Order No. and Full Name along with reason for Return/Exchange within 7 days of having received your product. Once we have acknowledged your request, you will be required to ship your product back to us at:

Upon receiving the product back in its original condition along with its tag intact, we will undergo a quality check and if approved we shall the initiate your refund or exchange as per your request.

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Refund will be done through online mode in 5 working days 

Return policy

We have a no questions asked policy for any returns or exchanges made in their original condition within Seven (7) days since you have received the order. In case of any returns that are approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 Business days upon receipt of return package in it’s original condition, along with the tag intact and once the quality check has been approved.

The following mode of refund payments will be used:

2. For Cash On Delivery payment, amount will be refunded only via Cheque.
