We at The Bleu Label, provide a free shipping service on all our orders. We aim at shipping products within 2 working days from order placement and our average delivery timeline ranges between 3 to 5 working days. The Bleu Label, strives to ship all over India, hence if you find that we are unable to deliver to you, kindly let us know at +91-9500055578(Mon - Sat, 10-6 IST) or  support@thebleulabel.com  and we will work on

achieving the same.

Returns/Exchanges:
 
In case of Returns/Exchanges, we request you write to us at support@thebleulabel.com  or contact us on +91-9500055578(Mon - Sat, 10-6 IST) with your Order No. and Full Name along with reason for Return/Exchange within 7 days of having received your order.

Once we have acknowledged your request, we will raise a Reverse Pick-Up from our end. Our logistics partners will then collect the package from your end (typically between 24-48 working hours) and arrange to ship the package back to us.
 
Upon receiving the product back, we will undergo a quality check (product must be in its original condition with all tags intact) and once approved we shall initiate your refund or exchange request. This process would take 7-10 working days.

We offer a 100% refund if you choose to return your order. Please note, in case of refunds, all amounts will be refunded through online bank transactions only.
